	On February 11, my friend and fellow artist, Christopher Fischer, and I visited Project Onward for their &ldquo;Valentine&rsquo;s Day Portrait Slam.&rdquo;&nbsp; Project Onward is an artist studio located on the first floor of the Chicago Cultural Center, which fosters the creative abilities of talented individuals living with mental and developmental disabilities.&nbsp;</p>
