Application Checklist
In order to apply to the Chicago Semester program, please submit hard copies of the following items to your campus representative:
- CS Application with required signatures
- Two completed Recommendation Forms (preferably filled out by a professor and/or employer)
- Resume (Also submit one version electronically as Word Document)
- Official Transcript
- Photograph (passport size preferred)
- Application Fee – nonrefundable $40 check payable to Chicago Semester
Campus representative must submit complete application packets to Chicago Semester by March 1 (fall semester) and May 1 (spring semester). Visit your campus representative for information on the CS Program application deadline specific to your college.
