Fall and Spring Application Process

APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN. To be considered for acceptance, you must first submit your application materials to your college representative, and then s/he must submit the packet to Chicago Semester by the application deadlines listed below. Other requirements:
  • 2.5 GPA minimum – General, BSW, and Recent Graduate students
  • 3.0 GPA minimum – Student Teachers and BSN students
  • CS Application with required signatures
  • 2 completed Recommendation Forms (preferably filled out by a professor and/or employer).
  • Resume
  • Official Transcript
  • Application Fee – You will receive an email with an invoice from Alexis Rivers, our Student Services Coordinator and Registrar, to pay the $50.00 nonrefundable application fee via credit or debit card after we have received all of your application materials. Application Deadlines

We will review applications received after these dates, but first priority will be give to applications received on or before the deadline

  • Spring 2019: Rolling Admission
  • Summer 2019: Rolling Admission after Early Notification Deadline of December 1, 2018
  • Fall 2019: Traditional Student- March 1, 2019, Recent Graduate- June 15, 2019
  • Spring 2020: Traditional Student- May 1, 2019, Recent Graduate- October 15, 2019
Admittance to Program

After your campus representative processes and submits your application to Chicago Semester, application review typically takes between 14-21 business days upon arrival at the CS office.
