Recent Graduate
If you’re looking to build tangible resume experience and grow your professional network in Chicago after walking across the stage at graduation, our Recent Graduate track offers an ideal option for students who still need academic credit to graduate or are simply looking for an internship and don't need academic credit. You’ll earn up to three academic credits that can be applied toward your degree by completing an internship within your field of study. You also have the option to participate in class excursions. Fees for this program are uniquely discounted based on the number of credits needed. Talk to CS staff for more information.

Internship Placement Process
- Submit your program application, references, resume, transcript and essay responses to Chicago Semester.
- We review your materials, work with you collaboratively to create a polished resume ready for professional review and send these to potential internship sites.
- You interview with potential internship sites and prioritize which opportunity is the best fit for you.
